Our Vision:
We are a joyful, nurturing community pursuing Jewish meaning.
Our Mission:
We pray, we learn, and we celebrate together across every generation.
Our Values:
We’ve chosen the symbol of the menorah that traditionally has 7 branches to represent our values. Psalm 119:105 teaches, “Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light for my path.” Just as Torah lights
the way for our people, the values in this menorah illuminate and instruct everything we do. Each value is a construct of Avodah — rooted in our congregation’s name, Temple Beth Avodah — naming different aspects of our sacred purpose. “Avodah” is not simply work. It embodies a sacred commitment we make to each other.
