Several volunteers cooked up some of their favorite recipes in their own kitchens to deliver a pot luck dinner for The Second Step on Patriots Day. Our menu included lasagna, brisket and lemon artichoke chicken with Caesar salad, carrot and raisin salad, roasted broccoli and cauliflower, roasted asparagus, baked rice pilaf, orzo with peas and Parmesan and roasted potatoes for dinner. That was topped off by strawberry shortcake, lots of yummy cookies and a citrus fruit salad. Thanks to our cooks Ruth Baylis, Bruce and Robin Blakely, Gail Greenberger, Debbie Hart-Klein, Bev Marcus, Rachel Segall and Suzy Willard. Thank you also to Francie Weinberg and her group of BAYGL teens (pictured above) who baked up a storm in the TBA kitchen!
