Bechtel, Frank Erickson Architects
Gerry Frank is a founding partner and has been in the business for 35 years. He is a wonderful team player and has worked on numerous projects with Bowdoin Construction. We work closely with Matt Brown, Architectural Designer from the BFE offices who works on the project floor plans and animations.
We hired Bowdoin Construction as our construction manager in early January. We chose to hire them early on to allow for a strong team before bidding to ensure a timely, smooth construction and renovation project. Their construction expertise is helping us to stay on schedule and focus early on budget. Our Project Manager is John Knightly and our Project Superintendent is Bill Walsh. Both John and Bill have a number of years of construction experience and knowledge working in and with schools and religious institutions. Our community will have ample opportunity to meet and get to know each of them.
